Terms of Service

HesedManage is operated by EdenClay LLC (“EdenClay,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using HesedManage (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a church or organization, you're agreeing on its behalf, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.

HesedManage is church-management software: shared calendars, task and time tracking, worship-team scheduling and invitations, in-app messaging, member directories, and (for council members of a workspace) private documents and meeting minutes. Features and availability may change as the Service develops.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Send unsolicited, harassing, or abusive messages to other members or through the Service's messaging or text-notification features.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your church or organization owns the data it puts into its workspace — calendar events, tasks, messages, documents, and the rest. You grant EdenClay a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We don't sell your data.

Some workspaces may enable text-message notifications — for example, an instant text when you're invited to serve, or a text echo of an announcement your church sends. Text notifications are opt-in: you choose to enable them in your account settings by providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages. Message frequency varies with your church's activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text at any time to opt out, or HELPfor help. You can also turn text notifications off from Settings. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any fees for a workspace's subscription plan, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Third-party costs your organization separately incurs (such as its own carrier text-messaging charges) are not fees charged by EdenClay.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or puts other users or the Service at risk.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdenClay isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
